Shipping and Returns Policy

At Composite Deckings, we collaborate with a range of hauliers to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery service tailored to the size and weight of our products.

Composite Decking and Cladding Deliveries

Products Included: Composite decking, composite external cladding, composite fencing, composite fascia boards, and accessories (e.g., bullnose boards, trims).

  • Haulier: Palletways
  • Delivery Method: Orders are typically delivered on 3-4 pallets.
  • Offloading Assistance: The haulier will assist with offloading; however, we recommend having someone present to help and guide the placement of the boards.

Standard Zones/Postcodes:

  • Zones 1-13, 28-29, 81

Special Zones/Postcodes:

  • Zones 17-26, Irish Zones 14-16

Delivery Charges for Composite Products

Delivery charges are based on the basket total (excluding VAT) and vary by zone:

Standard Zone Charges:

Special/Irish Zone Charges:

  • Same sliding scale as above, plus an additional flat fee of £230 (ex VAT).

If you require delivery to a ‘special’ zone, please contact our office for assistance.

Samples Delivery

  • Dispatch: Within 48 hours of purchase (Monday to Friday).
  • Delivery Method: First-class Royal Mail.

Returns

We hope you’re delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange. Below are our return guidelines.

Return Guidelines

  • Timeframe: All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Items returned after 14 days but within 30 days are eligible for an exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, tags, and labels attached.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email customer service at hello@composite-deckings.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Prepare Your Return: Place the item securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.
  3. Send to: Composite Deckings
    Davies Way, Lymm, WA13 0QW

Please note: Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 30 days for processing. Refunds may take 5-7 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your provider. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, contact us at hello@composite-deckings.co.uk to arrange a replacement or refund.
